How It Works

Creating your custom piece involves a few simple steps:
Consultation: We’ll start by discussing your ideas, preferences, and inspirations.
Design: We’ll create sketches and, if needed, a test model to help visualize the design.
Crafting: We’ll begin making your piece, keeping you informed throughout the process.
Delivery: Once your jewelry is finished, we’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready for you.

Please note: the design and creation process may take 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and our current schedule.

Materials and Pricing

We offer a diverse selection of metals and gemstones, including options beyond those in our main collection. Whether you already have stones or need help sourcing the right ones, we’re happy to assist.

The total cost will depend on the style, materials, gemstones, and level of detail involved in your design.

How to Order

To start a custom project, please write to us at info@sherylin.com and include the following:
Preferred metal types (e.g., silver, yellow gold, white gold, rose gold);
Measurements and sizes;
Specific details or features you’d like to include;
The occasion or purpose of the piece (e.g., wedding, gift, special event);
Any customization requests (e.g., engraving, monogram).

As we work independently and in small series, we limit the number of custom projects we accept each month to ensure full attention to each piece. If we’re fully booked, we’ll place you on a waiting list and get in touch as soon as a new slot opens.

Deposit and Terms

To confirm your commission, we require a 50% deposit.
We welcome reference images, but we do not replicate the work of other artists.
